A moreish and versatile dip that’s perfect as part of a mezze plate, spread on crostini, or you can serve a spoonful with a grilled chicken salad or on top of a baked potato.  Drizzle the dip with more honey and liberally sprinkle on thyme leaves, chopped pistachios, pomegranate seeds or chilli flakes before serving.

Ingredients
200g   Feta cheese
150g   Cream cheese
100g   Greek yogurt
45g + drizzle Honey
45ml  Olive oil
1        Clove of garlic, minced
1tsp   Oregano, dried
Herbs, seeds or chilli flakes  

Tip: Top with chopped mint, parsley or dill for a fresher taste 

Method

  1. Whip the feta and cream cheese with an electric hand whisk or blender until smooth.  
  2. Add the yogurt, honey, oregano, oil and half of the garlic (add more to taste) and whip again until everything is incorporated and you have a smooth glossy dip. 
  3. Serve in a wide dish with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of chilli flakes, seeds, chopped nuts or herbs.
